In Loving Memory of Mackenzie Chanel Hughes & Mariah Chanel Hughes**
With profound sorrow and hearts laden with grief, we announce the untimely departure of our beloved angels, Mackenzie Chanel Hughes and Mariah Chanel Hughes, who were taken from us too soon in a tragic car accident that also claimed the life of their cherished mother.
The twins, born on August 24, 2020, were a source of boundless joy and light in the lives of all who knew them. Their laughter was infectious, their smiles could brighten the gloomiest days, and their love for life was evident in every little dance, every playful giggle, and every sweet embrace they shared with those around them.
Though their time with us was brief, the impact they made was immeasurable. Mackenzie and Mariah were a pair of radiant souls, inseparable in life, and now in rest. Their memory will forever be a testament to the love and happiness two little hearts could spread in our world.
As the family mourn their loss, they find solace in knowing that they are together in eternal peace and that their spirits will continue to guide us and inspire us every day.
The family is grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this unimaginable time. They ask for your continued prayers and for respect for our privacy as they grieve.
"Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, but always near; still loved, still missed, and very dear."
Forever in our hearts, Mackenzie and Mariah will be deeply missed. May they rest in peace.
Mackenzie and Mariah were born to Tanisha Hughes and Timothy Franklin. These beautiful babies were called by God to be his angels on March 22, 2024. Although we feel that they were taken from us far too soon, God needed them more. Ken and Riah made a huge impact on everyone that they came into contact with. From the smiles to the complete conversation they both had. There was never a dull moment when the twins were around. They were inseparable as they lived and moved as one unit. As they came to us as one, God made sure they came back to him as one. These sweet angels will truly be missed but will live forever in our hearts.
The girls are preceded in death by their great-grandmother Barbara Jean Foster Hughes, aunt Jasmine Given, and cousin Logan Givens.
