CHESTER, SC — With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Mr. Caliche Montrice Boulware, who passed on the evening of Saturday, February 17, 2024, in Chester, South Carolina. Caliche, a cherished son, brother and friend, was 20 years old.
Born in Lancaster, South Carolina, on December 9, 2003, to Lashekia Monique McClurkin and the late Carlos Boulware, Caliche grew up imbued with a spirit of kindness and a dedication to family that he carried throughout his life.
Caliche was formerly a dedicated employee at McDonald’s, where he spent many years serving the community with joy and enthusiasm. His commitment to hard work continued at Dollar General in North Carolina, where he was lastly employed.
The family wishes to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
Friends and loved ones are invited to gather and share memories at the home of his mother, Lashekia Monique McClurkin, located at 157 Saluda Street, Chester, South Carolina.
Caliche's legacy is one of love, laughter, and service, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him. As we mourn his loss, we also celebrate his life, which, though brief, was filled with moments that touched and enriched our lives.
