We announce the passing of Ms. Alicia Wilkes of Rock Hill, SC. She passed on December 1, 2022 in Rock Hill, SC. Please keep the Sanders and Wilkes Family in your prayers. Funeral Services are listed below. Family will receive friends at the home of her parents Marcus and Alice Wilkes 188 Front Proch Drive Rock Hill, SC 29732. Life Reflections

Ms. Alicia La’Joy Wilkes was born on February 28, 2002 in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Alicia is the daughter of Marcus Wilkes and Alice Sanders-Wilkes.  She departed her earthly life on December 1, 2022 in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Alicia was educated in Rock Hill Public School System. She was a member of The Holy Place Church in Chester, South Carolina. She enjoyed shopping and was certainly a girly girl. Enjoyed dancing and singing and helping cook in the kitchen. And most of all she loved being called the “baby girl”

She was preceded in death by her Grandfather, Bishop Tommy Sanders, Grandmother First Lady Mary Alice Sanders and Grandfather Robert Wilkes.

Alicia had an immense love for family. She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Marcus Wilkes and Alice Sanders Wilkes of the home; four brothers, Ishmael (Shantez) Wilkes, Joshua Wilkes, of Rock Hill, SC, Christopher Woods, Jr., and Montravis James; three sisters, Miracle Wilkes, Desiree Whighman and Shanova Evans; Grandmother, Lillian Wilkes, Chester, SC; aunts, LeKita Wilkes, Angela (Ferlin) Feaster, Vanessa (Mark) Tolliver,  and Debra (Michael) Boulware, all of Chester, SC; uncles, Eugene (Sonja) Wilkes, Greenville, SC, Tommy Sanders, Jr., and Aaron (Katrica) Sanders, both of Chester, SC; two nieces, Morgan and Megan Wilkes; nephew, Jaxon Wilkes; three God sisters, Zyon Simpson, Ariana Sanders and Zaniyaha Sanders;  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
