The Miles family has requested that visits to the home be limited to the hours of Noon to 7pm each day

Mrs. Madeline Feaster Miles, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, peacefully transitioned from this life on January 16, 2025, at MUSC Health Columbia Downtown Medical Center, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Chester, South Carolina, she was the cherished daughter of late Amos Feaster and the late Josie Campbell Feaster.

Madeline was united in holy matrimony to the late Willie Miles, Jr., and together they were blessed with a beautiful family: Carolyn Miles (Charles) Stevenson, Phyllis Miles (Tommy) Foster, Roslyn Miles Kennedy, Jacqueline Miles (John) Lowry, Bernard (Teresa) Miles and Virgina Miles-McMillian. Her family was the joy of her life, and she dedicated herself to them with unwavering love and devotion.

A faithful and devoted member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, Madeline served her church and the East Chester community with a sincere heart and a spirit of dedication. Her kindhearted nature and beautiful smile were a testament to her deep faith and love for others. She touched many lives with her warmth, generosity, and unwavering kindness.

The family will receive friends at her residence, 135 1/2 Oak Street, Chester, SC. Funeral services are listed below. During this time of sorrow, the family kindly requests that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

Madeline Feaster Miles will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will forever be remembered by all who were blessed to know her. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us, reminding us of the profound impact of a life lived with grace and compassion.
