Mr. Mack Young, Jr., of 4467 Culp Road, Edgemoor, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Piedmont Medical Center.

He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Betty Jean Culp Young. During this difficult time, the family asks that you keep them lifted in your thoughts and prayers.

The family will receive friends at the home, 4467 Culp Road, Edgemoor, South Carolina.

The Holy Scriptures remind us in Psalm 116:15, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” And in 2 Corinthians 5:8, we are comforted knowing “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” May these words bring peace and strength to all who loved him.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced at a later time by the family and Chris King Funeral Home and Memorial Chapel.
