It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Johnny Fitzgerald McCollough, who departed this life on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Atrium Health in Pineville, NC. Born on March 17, 1961, in Chester County, SC, Johnny was the beloved son of the late Mr. George McCollough and the late Mrs. Ada Mae McCollough.

Johnny attended Lewisville High School and was a proud member of the Class of 1980. He was known for his love of family and his passion for playing spades. Johnny's warmth and joyful spirit brought happiness to all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Mayo McCollough; three sisters, Mary Alice McCollough, Diane McCollough and Valtine McCollough.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his three brothers, George McCollough, Jr., Curtis McCollough, and Micheal McCollough;  three sisters, Linda McCollough, Doris McCollough, and Beverly McCollough; and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Johnny will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace.
