Mrs. Gloria Dugars Carter passed away peacefully on January 14, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a beloved  mother, mother-in-law; grandmother, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Gloria was born on November 15,1953, in New Orleans, LA., and lived a full and vibrant life. She was known for her kind heart, and unwavering faith. Gloria was a pillar of strength for her family and a source of joy for everyone she encountered.
