It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mrs. Francine Willis of Rock Hill, South Carolina, announces her passing on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Piedmont Medical Center.

The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Latifah Long, located at 2156 Montclair Drive, Apt. 53, in Rock Hill.
