With hearts heavy yet full of hope in the promises of God, we announce the passing of Mr. Camryn Addarryll "Puff" Young of 15126 US Highway 21 North, Great Falls, South Carolina, who departed this life tragically and far too soon on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Born on October 30, 2006, Camryn was the beloved son of Solomon Young and Ashley Raffaldt. Camryn was blessed to be reared by his great-aunt, Ms. Margaret Talford, whose love, guidance, and unwavering support shaped him into the young man his family and friends cherished deeply.

Camryn, affectionately known as "Puff," was a light in the lives of those who knew him—bright, curious, and full of dreams. His smile could ease a troubled heart, and his spirit carried both resilience and tenderness. His journey, though brief, left an indelible mark on this world.

Though his life was taken by a senseless act of violence, we take comfort in knowing that the God who gave him to us has now received him back. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We lean into that truth today and always, trusting that justice belongs to God and peace surrounds Camryn now in eternity.

Camryn's life will be honored by those who loved him most. The family will receive friends at the home of his great-aunt, Ms. Margaret Talford. During this time of deep sorrow, we ask that you keep the Young, Raffaldt, and Talford families in your thoughts and uplift them in your prayers.
