Mrs. Annie Myrtle Crank Sanders of 5580 Woods Ferry Road in Carlisle, South Carolina died on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at her home.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm Friday, August 30, 2013 at Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church 3030 Pinckney Road in the Wilksburg Community with the Pastor Donnie Dye, Presiding, Reverend W.W. Thompson, officiating, and assisted by Reverends Warren Baxter, James Good. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She will lie in state at the church from 1:00pm until the hour of the service.

A native of Chester County, South Carolina she was the daughter of the late Glenn Love Crank and the late Frances Coleman Crank and married to the late John Sanders. She was member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and Zion Pilgrim Baptist Church where she served as a Deaconess. She was educated in the Chester County Public School.  She was formerly employed with Lockhart Mill where she retired.

She is survived by two devoted daughters, Pamela Sanders (William) Caldwell, of Rock Hill, South Carolina and Teresa Sanders (Jimmy) Hardin of Chester, South Carolina. Three sisters Dorothy Worthy, Betty Bowser and Elizabeth Thompson, all of Chester, South Carolina; one brother William Crank, of Chester, South Carolina; and three grandchildren.

Viewing will be at the funeral home of Thursday, August 29, 2013 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm with Eastern Star rites being held at 6:00 pm.

Family will receive friends at the home 5580 Woods Ferry Road in Carlisle, South Carolina.
